2. How long does shipping take?
Shipping usually takes:
- 6–12 business days (Standard)
- 12–18 business days (Extended or High Demand)
We ship directly from multiple warehouses, and tracking is provided once your order ships.
3. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we primarily ship within the U.S. We may expand to international shipping soon — stay tuned!
4. How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll get an email with your tracking number so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.
5. What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase. Contact us before sending any items back.
6. How do I start a return?

7. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order is damaged or wrong, please email us with a photo within 48 hours of receiving it. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
8. What items can’t be returned?
We don’t accept returns for:
- Perishables
- Personal care items
- Custom or personalized products
- Hazardous materials
