📦 Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are shipped directly from our international and domestic warehouses as soon as processing is complete.

During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow extra time for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will notify you by email.

🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following estimated delivery timeframes:

Standard U.S. Shipping: 6–12 business days

Extended U.S. Shipping: 12–18 business days (for selected items or remote regions)

Express Shipping: 2–6 business days (if available at checkout)

International Shipping: 10–20 business days (depending on destination)

Note: Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, local postal services, holidays, pandemics, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.

📬 Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours and can be used to monitor your package’s journey. you can also track your shipping order here. 

🌐 Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Geek Findings is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (such as tariffs, duties, and taxes) are the responsibility of the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees or as a “return to sender,” we will issue a refund for the product price only. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

📸 Damages

If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the product and the packaging, and email them to us at geekfindings20@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

We will evaluate the issue and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
